Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated based on the tax laws in the state of the shipping address you provide during checkout. TaylorMade-adidas Golf is required to collect tax from online orders in most states. The tax amount shown during checkout is an estimate. The actual tax will be calculated when your order ships and will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Note that certain states charge different tax amounts depending on the types of items purchased. Shipping Options

If a package has not been delivered within 30 days or more, please Contact Us and send us written notice of non-receipt. Once received, a claim will be filed with FedEx. If FedEx cannot provide a signature confirmation of delivery, the recipient will then have the option of a full credit for the purchase amount or a reshipment of the order.

Note: At this time we do not ship to addresses outside the United States, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please contact Customer Service at 1(800) 888-2582. All returned items MUST have the RA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping.

Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You can expect a refund within 30 days of when we receive your return. We'll notify you via email once we've received and processed the returned product(s). We'll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We're sorry, but we don't credit shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Warranties

Limited Consumer Warranty

TAYLORMADE GOLF CLUBS WARRANTY:

With respect to golf clubs purchased from an authorized TaylorMade dealer with a consumer introduction date before November 10, 2006, TaylorMade warrants, to the original consumer only, that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 5 years from TaylorMade's consumer introduction date for the golf club ("the five year warranty") or, alternatively, for 2 years from the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer ("the two year warranty"), whichever is longer, provided (1) in the case of any golf club for which the consumer wishes to exercise the two year warranty, the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product, or, in the case of the five year warranty, the consumer presents such proof of purchase upon request; and (2) the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

With respect to golf clubs purchased from an authorized TaylorMade dealer with a consumer introduction date on or after November 10, 2006, TaylorMade warrants, to the original consumer only, that its golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 2 years from the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product and (2) the golf club has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

A club may be covered by the warranty policy if it has undergone conventional club modifications (e.g., reshafting, regripping), if and only if, no damage was done as a result of the modification. It is TaylorMade's sole discretion to determine whether any damage was caused to the club by such modification. Consumer introduction dates for our golf clubs can be found on our web site at www.taylormadegolf.com. Tour issue product is not issued for resale and is therefore not covered under warranty.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. All cosmetic and other repairs not covered under this warranty may be made for a fee.

If a defect in a genuine TaylorMade golf club appears during the warranty period of the product, and you comply with the requirements above, TaylorMade, in its sole discretion, will (1) repair the defect; (2) replace the defective golf club with the same or a comparable product; or (3) refund your actual purchase price less reasonable depreciation based on actual use in any instance where the golf club is no longer available and repair is not possible upon prompt return of the golf club to TaylorMade through any authorized TaylorMade dealer.

GOLF BALLS, ACCESSORIES, adidas GOLF APPAREL, ASHWORTH APPAREL WARRANTIES:

With respect to TaylorMade golf balls, adidas Golf apparel, and Ashworth apparel, TaylorMade warrants, to the original consumer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for 2 years, and for accessories for one year, from the original date of purchase from an authorized retailer provided (1) the consumer presents proof of purchase in the form of an original cash register receipt from the authorized retailer from whom the consumer purchased the product; and (2) the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, or misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. All cosmetic and other repairs not covered under this warranty may be made for a fee.

ADIDAS GOLF AND ASHWORTH FOOTWEAR RETURNS, WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES:

Footwear Returns Policy
Unworn adidas Golf or Ashworth footwear may be returned within 30 days of purchase upon presentation of proof of purchase from an authorized adidas Golf retailer. Returns of adidas Golf footwear purchased from an authorized adidas Golf retailer should be made to the original place of purchase and will be for exchange only with another adidas Golf product. Returns of adidas Golf footwear purchased online at shop.adidasgolf.com will be refunded to the credit card used to make the original purchase, provided that a Return Authorization Number has been issued by TMaG Customer Service at (877) 860-TMAG (8624).

Two-Year Quality Warranty
All adidas Golf and Ashworth footwear includes a Quality Warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship during normal and customary use for 2 years from the original date of purchase from an authorized adidas Golf retailer provided there are no Invalid Warranty Conditions as listed below. This Quality Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Footwear found to be defective, at the sole discretion of adidas Golf, will be replaced with the same style or an equivalent adidas Golf footwear product (upgrades are not permitted). Defects relating to waterproofing are subject to the Waterproof Warranty only.

Comfort Guarantee
adidas Golf and Ashworth footwear is designed to provide exceptional fit and comfort for everyone. If you are not completely satisfied with the fit or comfort of your adidas Golf footwear within 90 days of purchase, and there are no Invalid Warranty Conditions as listed below, you may exchange them for another adidas Golf product upon presentation of proof of purchase from an authorized adidas Golf retailer. adidas Golf footwear subject to the Comfort Guarantee may also be returned to the original place of purchase for a full refund upon presentation of original proof of purchase. Such returns for a full refund is a limited time offer at participating U.S. retailers only, may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts or promotions and may be discontinued at any time.

Waterproof Warranty
All adidas Golf and Ashworth footwear with a specific waterproof rating is warranted to be waterproof under normal use for either 1 year or 2 years from the date of the original purchase, provided there are no Invalid Warranty Conditions as listed below. (Footwear without a specific waterproof rating is not covered by this warranty.) Footwear failing to be waterproof, as determined at the sole discretion of adidas Golf, will be replaced with the same style or an equivalent adidas Golf footwear product (upgrades are not permitted).

Please refer to the original packaging to verify if the two-year or one-year Waterproof Warranty applies or call TMaG Customer Service at (877) 860-TMAG (8624). Also note, if the original purchase date cannot be established by presentation of proof of purchase, the manufacture date of the footwear product (shown on the underside of the tongue) will be used as the purchase date for purposes of determining the commencement of the Waterproof Warranty period.

Invalid Warranty Conditions for Footwear
Even if the applicable Warranty or Guarantee period has not expired, certain conditions may invalidate adidas Golf or Ashworth Warranty or Guarantee coverage as determined by adidas Golf in its sole discretion. adidas Golf will NOT exchange or issue a refund for any returned adidas Golf or Ashworth footwear that are or have experienced:


LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES FOR ALL TAYLORMADE, ADIDAS GOLF AND ASHWORTH PRODUCTS:

Warranty claims will be handled at TaylorMade's sole discretion, pursuant to the terms and conditions stated above.

With respect to golf clubs with a consumer introduction date before November 10, 2006, any repaired or replacement product will be warranted from (1) the consumer introduction date of the original golf club; or (2) the date of purchase of the original golf club from an authorized retailer, whichever is longer, and not from the repair or replacement date. With respect to golf clubs with a consumer introduction date on or after November 10, 2006, and for all other products, any repaired or replacement product will be warranted from the date of purchase of the original product from an authorized retailer, not from the repair or replacement date.

ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE LIMITED WARRANTIES SET FORTH ABOVE.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ANY WARRANTIES IMPLIED BY STATE LAW AS HEREBY LIMITED, THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, GUARANTIES, AGREEMENTS AND SIMILAR OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANUFACTURER OR SELLER.

TAYLORMADE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF TAYLORMADE, ADIDAS GOLF OR ASHWORTH PRODUCTS. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the warranties set forth above.

No person, agent, distributor, dealer or other third party is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of these warrantiees in any manner whatsoever.

These warranties give you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.


WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE PROCEDURE FOR ALL TAYLORMADE, ADIDAS GOLF AND ASHWORTH PRODUCTS

If you have any questions or wish to make a claim under a Warranty or Guarantee, please contact your nearest authorized TaylorMade or adidas Golf dealer or the Customer Service Department at 1-800-888-2582 or (877) 860-TMAG (8624). You may also contact the Customer Service Department at the number listed above to determine whether a retailer is an authorized TaylorMade or adidas Golf dealer. Once Customer Service determines the product is subject to a Warranty or Guarantee, a Return Authorization Number will be issued to you along with shipping instructions. The Return Authorization Number must be visible on the exterior of the package containing the returned product in order to be physically received by the warehouse. Issuance of a Return Authorization Number does not mean that TaylorMade will accept the Warranty or Guarantee claim as Invalid Warranty Conditions may be identified upon receipt of the returned product. TaylorMade will pay for shipping charges to return the defective product. TaylorMade will return the repaired or replacement product at no charge.
